Some pictures:
We were warned that it was going to snow and that the road
would close, so we set off on route 108 (with its 25% gradient). Foot
to the floor, the RV managed 5 MPH, but we made it eventually. The
snow came after we crossed the summit at 9,628 feet and we were able to get
down the other side and out before the area shut down. We delayed our
trip to Yosemite by a week while the snow cleared.
