Some pictures:
The Depot Museum Complex houses the Rusk County History
Museum and the Children's Discovery Center. Clustered on four acres are nine
restored buildings from the county's past. The restored cabin and homes from
the 1880's bring yesterday to life.
Also located on the grounds are a turn of the century
printing shop, country doctor's office, reconstructed barn, broom shop, red
caboose and syrup mill. The restored 1901 Missouri-Pacific Depot consists of
two parts: the waiting rooms, station master's office and the cotton
warehouse which has been converted into an innovative children's learning
center.
